Full payment (100% of total session fee) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All additional fees will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before your session date.
In the rare event we must cancel due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to conduct your session (heavy rain, typhoon, extreme conditions), we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at booking.
You retain full personal rights to all delivered images and videos. JCG Media Group retains the right to use selected images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
JCG Media Group is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
We comply with Japan's Personal Information Protection Act. Your personal information is used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
Any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of Japan. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action.
